Andrew,
I've read this blog for awhile without commenting, but I'm curious as to what you will be doing next year. Grad school?

Good question, Loyal Lurker! As I alluded to in my post, even I don't have an answer to that. The only thing I'm really sure of is that I'll be waiting a year before going to grad school. Right now my two possibilities are:
1. Studying in Germany on a Fulbright Fellowship. I should hear back sometime around April whether I made the final cut or not.
2. Staying in Lincoln and working for a year. What sort of job? Anything that pays.

Ahh, fabulous! Will you pursue philosophy or history? Good luck with the Fulbright!

History. Or more specifically, intellectual history. Or more specifically, modern European intellectual history (with a healthy dose of American religious history thrown in).
